Buying Precious Metals from Goldmasters USA is as simple as:

Deciding what items you wish to purchase...Then clicking the Add to Basket Image...

Deciding what quantity you wish to purchase...

Then provide your name, mailing address, phone number and email address
(Your correct email address must be provided to be confirmed by email).

After verifying availability of your selections we will send an email confirmation message
to you A.S.A.P. to the email address you have provided, confirming availability and price
assigning your trade a confirmation number.

Note: We do NOT do back orders, we deliver all items as promised, when promised.
Next... You are given the option to accept by replying ACCEPTED or to not accept the terms
by simply not responding... or declining by typing in the word DECLINED by reply email after
you have placed your request to buy from Goldmasters Precious Metals.
        Note: Please send reply email in plain text with no attachments or advertising)

Your Payment must be Postmarked the same business day
of the date and time your confirmation expires.

* We require wire transfer payment on transactions over $10,000.

Wire Payment must be received the same day of the date and time your confirmation expires,
this is easily accomplished by making sure your funds are available to you before you place
your order, then making sure you place your order early in the day during weekday hours
before 5:00 P.M. New York Time. If you miss the deadline your order may be reconfirmed
based on the market value for the day we receive your payment (Goldmasters choice).
Note: Every effort is made to ship your order the same day wire payment funds arrive.

Regarding non compliance, default, renege, or order cancellation for any reason,:
If you have not sent payment in full within 10 business days after you have been confirmed by Goldmasters Precious Metals and you have accepted the terms of the confirmation, your
order will be automatically cancelled and a 5% charge will be billed to you, calculated on
the total amount of your order, plus the difference in the market value if any, calculated
on market close for the 10th business day from the confirmation cancellation date.
Note: It is always best to send your payment immediately to ensure Goldmasters
can honor your confirmed price and process your order in a timely manner.

Note: Ordering by phone requires an email/electronic request by you to purchase the
           items requested leaving the cost to you in question until your order has actually
           been entered into our system.

* Payments not carrying the proper postmark or date may be re-confirmed based on our

Goldmasters can accept additional requests for a confirmation
after all prior confirmations have expired and 48 hours has lapsed.
