Buying Precious Metals from
Goldmasters is as simple as...
1. Deciding what items you wish to purchase...
Then clicking the Add to Basket Image...
2. Deciding what quantity you wish to purchase...
3. Then provide your name, mailing address, phone number and email
address (Your correct email
address must be provided in order to be confirmed by email).
4. After verifying availability of your selections
we will send an email confirmation message to you A.S.A.P.
to the email address you have provided,
confirming availability and price assigning your trade a
confirmation number.
5. Next... You are given the option to
accept by clicking on the link provided in your
confirmation or to not accept the terms by simply not responding.
Note: We DO NOT do back orders, we deliver all items as
promised, when promised.
Your Payment must be Postmarked the same business day of the date and time your confirmation expires.

All personal checks are held for clearance for 10 business days in order to be sure the funds are secure.
Note: Questionable checks e.g. checks without address, phone, brokerage account checks, credit card checks, ACH payment, checks without imprint etc. may be held for substantially longer period.

Wire Payment must be received the same day of the date and time your confirmation expires, this is easily accomplished by making sure your funds are available to you before you place your order, then making sure you place your order early in the day during weekday hours before 4:00 P.M. New York Time. If you miss the deadline your order may be reconfirmed based on the market value for the day we receive your payment (Goldmasters choice).
Note: Every effort is made to ship your order the same day wire payment funds arrive.
Wire Payment Transfer Information
We require wire payment on transactions of $10,000 or more (No added Charge).
This is a very simple process of contacting your bank and providing transfer information.
We suggest wire payment for transactions where very fast delivery is desired.
You do not have to wait for U.S. mail to get your check to us, and then wait for your funds to clear
this will dramatically speed up the delivery of your purchase.
United States: Please add $20.00 if you send wire payment on trades of less than $10,000
Wire Payment on trades over $10,000 must be

the same day of the date and time your confirmation expires, this is easily accomplished by making sure your funds are available to wire
immediately from a Bank before you place your order, then making sure you place your order
early in the day during weekday hours before 4:00 P.M. New York time. Requests over $10,000
placed after 4:00 P.M. New York time will be subject to market changes and confirmed via email
the next business day (our choice).
Suggestion:
Please place your order request early in the morning during normal banking hours.
Every effort is made to ship your order the same day wire payment funds arrive.
Note: Credit Unions and Brokerage Houses may not be able to directly wire funds.
If you miss the deadline your order may be reconfirmed based on the market value for the day we receive your funds - Our choice.
Regarding non compliance, default, renege, or order cancellation for any reason: If you have not sent payment in full within 10 business days after you have been confirmed by Goldmasters Precious Metals and you have accepted the terms of the confirmation,
your order will be automatically cancelled and a 5% charge will be billed to you
calculated on the total amount of your order,
plus the difference in the market value if any, calculated
on market close for the
10th business day
from the confirmation cancellation date.
Note: It is always best to send your payment immediately to ensure
Goldmasters can honor your confirmed price and process your order in a timely manner.

Note: Ordering by phone requires an
email/electronic request by you to purchase the items requested
leaving the cost to you in question until your order has actually been
entered into our system.
Payments not carrying the proper
postmark or date may be re-confirmed based on our market spreads for the day we receive your payment (our choice).
Note: Orders
over $250,000.00 may be shipped via Brinks Security (Goldmasters
choice).
Brinks delivers to financial institutions (banks,
etc.) and established businesses within 50 miles of major cities
in the United States, Europe and Asia.
Goldmasters reserves
the right to decline shipping to post office boxes or personal
addresses on orders exceeding $250,000.00.

Orders are assigned trade numbers and cannot be combined
Goldmasters can accept additional requests for a
confirmation after all prior confirmations
have expired and 48 hours has lapsed.
If more than one request for a confirmation is made
in a 48 hour period
your trade may be reconfirmed
based on the market value at the time of receipt.
